Merry Christmas! I hope you all had a great Christmas with many blessings. This Christmas I decided to stay behind the camera...but not taking pictures. I wanted to make a short film of Christmas morning. I threw it all together right afterwards and came up with this. I used Illustrator, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and Apple Color in making the video. I recommend you watch it in HD. Enjoy!

DIY Shoulder Mount
Hey guys! I have been having a hard time keeping my Canon 60D stable while I shoot footage, especially with my 50mm on. So I did some research and discovered a shoulder mount. This would be the perfect remedy! I didn't have a couple hundred dollars to spend on something that was basically a piece of plastic. I decided to make my own. I gave my dad the "blueprints" of how I wanted it to work. He gathered the materials and we both made it in a night basically. My dad added a couple more features which helped a lot. It's made of plastic and medal rods. Its super light and works like a charm!
If you have any specific questions on how it was made, feel free to email me!

Chris + Morgan Engagement
Hey guys! I was given the opportunity to shoot my brother and his fiances engagement session. We had a TON of fun! This was my first engagement session - EVER! I was a little nervous but excited at the same time. I have been planning this for a while now. I wanted to do a themed session but with just starting off, my resources are extremely limited. We decided to incorporate the game Scrabble into their session. The pictures turned out beautiful. I am so happy for my brother and soon to be sister-in-law. I love them both!
Enjoy!
Enjoy!
